Hilton Garden Inn Benton Harbor / St. Joseph

I just got off the phone with a young lady name Misha I was calling because I wanted to book their venue for a birthday dinner. I just had amazing customer service very pleasant very warm understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you Misha for great customer service.

Rolled in at about 1:30 in the morning due to a brutal snow storm, we were very much welcomed with open arms. The front desk attendant was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, despite us interrupting her tasks. The room was also very nice and clean for the price.

Beautiful room clean the hotel was quiet the staff friendly amazing and very courteous check in was a breeze check out was even quicker. Will definitely stay here again and the price was perfect $86 for a queen double.

Our experience during check-in was excellent. Charissma and Mesha were the best—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. When the security latch accidentally engaged after we left the room, locking us out, Charissma responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Both she and Mesha made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their outstanding service truly set the tone for a great stay.

If I could give a higher rank then 5 stars, I would. We traveled into Michigan for a wedding with my 87 grandmother. My husband and I called ahead to see if it was possible to get rooms that were either right next to each other or across so my grandma didn’t feel alone. Within minutes we got a call back that they could put us next to one another with the door in the middle. As soon as we arrived late at night, the workers were SO friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. Carrisa (could be wrong? But I think that was her name..) at the front next was beyond amazing. I cried a little tears of jot because the staff there is excellent and so nice, it was just a nice change to see everyone so happy in this crazy world we are living in today. We will definitely be back!!

Rooms were clean, but the walls must have been paper thin because we felt we could hear our neighbors both same level and the floor above us, all night long. Brought a sound machine and could still hear the TVs and multiple conversations throughout the floor. Not sure if I would stay again just for this reason when there are many other hotels in the area to try.

I was there for a work meeting so I was just in the conference room but walking in I could see and smell how clean the lobby and restaurant areas were so I was very impressed. The whole atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable which is also a huge plus in my book. It's been years since I've stayed in a room but if they are still anything like the rest of the common areas then they are perfection. Highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel last weekend. We experienced great customer service, especially by Catherine at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. Our wi-fi wasn't working the first night and she went out of her way to try to help resolve the issue. I had a billing inquiry and Catherine tried her best to help, and when I needed further assistance she had her manager call me to resolve it. The manager Autumn called me back very fast to help me! She listened and got to the bottom of and resolved the issue right away for me. I would definitely return to this hotel when I am back in the area! The customer service gets 2 thumbs up from me.
